Paella Cook & Catering Show
Paella is one of the most world know Spanish dishes. It is a Valencian rice dish with ancient roots, but its modern form originated in the mid-19th century in the area around Albufera lagoon on the east coast of Spain, adjacent to the city of Valencia.
We are very proud of our Paellas and prepare them with only the best ingredients and with a large of amount of passion and love. We do 2 types of paella: Seafood and Pork.
We prepare our Paellas in our kitchen, and then cook them at your function in front of your guests. While cooking we can also explain the importance of paella cooking, its origins and the selection of ingredients.
We have various pan sizes to accommodate from 10 to 60 pax.
